To experience the most energetic fitness environment around, come and join us for a session at our Orangetheory Fitness studio in Dublin, Ohio. With our motivational trainers, the supportive benefits of a group setting, and our clean and contemporary gym spaces, Orangetheory is the perfect place to inspire you.
Your group session at Orangetheory Fitness is an upbeat blend of cardiovascular and strength training intervals which include: treadmill training, indoor rowing machines, weight training blocks, TRX suspension training, and floor exercises that will challenge you. On average, our members burn anywhere between 500-1,000 calories per training session.
Orangetheory sessions use heart-rate monitors to track your progress, and this helps to keep you accountable during your workout. During the course of your 60-minute session, you will perform multiple intervals which have been designed to produce 12-20 minutes of training at 84% or higher of your individual maximum heart rate, which translates to Zones 4/5. You will utilize your full body, stimulating your metabolism while feeling increased energy with each interval. That results in what we like to call the Orange Effect: More energy, visible toning, and extra calorie burn for up to a day and a half for up to 36 hours after your workout! That's the Orange Effect!
Our personal gym trainers are highly experienced and are committed to helping you meet your fitness goals. Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up, build power and strength, or increase your endurance, come into Orangetheory Fitness for the most productive workout program that you will ever partake in.
Don't settle for a boring old workout when you can have fun while getting the results you want. Come experience the Orange Effect and see what it can do for you! For first time clients, please be sure to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled class.
*Due to state law, premier gym memberships are permitted to attend up to 31 sessions per month. See the studio for more information.

WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR?
My happiness and my own personal fitness journey
WHAT’S YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?
Binge watching reality TV while digging into a pint of HALO TOP!
An NASM certified personal trainer who's passion is fitness and helping people be the best version of themselves. I believe the human body is capable of accomplishing amazing things, but sometimes we need a little push to get us there. My goal is to be that push for those that need it. I have a degree in Exercise Science and Wellness and a personal yearning for knowledge in nutrition and fuel for the human body. I believe in constantly learning and working to improve yourself, with the end goal to help others improve. I have a husband, 2 kids, and a dog that I adore.
WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR?
I burn for my family and to be the best version of myself so that I can help others be their very best selves.
WHAT’S YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?
My favorite guilty pleasure is reading outside in the sunshine and cupcakes. Not necessarily together, but I wouldn't turn the two down!
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE OTF EXERCISE?
My favorite OTF exercise is a tie between the ultimate burpee and pop jacks. I don't know why, maybe because I find them very challenging and both get my heart rate up fairly quickly.
Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.
Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
